This site is designed to offer employees promotional items for personal use as well as making placing orders for your department's needs easier (shows, business meetings etc.) Pricing reflects the negotiated discount offered to Sharp. If the items your department needs are already here, you can simply order the quantity on hand directly from this site. Again, the discounted pricing is already included in the prices listed.

- All orders will be billed to the address indicated at the top portion of the order form unless otherwise indicated.
- Please include all information on the order form to assure proper shipping and billing.
- Merchandise cannot be sent to P.O. boxes.
- If out of stock situations of inventoried merchandise occur, it will be indicated on the packing slip.
- Back-ordered items will be automatically shipped when stock is replenished.
- Your order will be shipped by UPS ground unless another method of shipping is requested, please refer to the Shipping & Returns section for full details.
- Damages, lost shipments and discrepancies must be communicated in writing and either faxed or sent by regular mail to logoplace within 7 days of delivery.
- Returns must have an R.A. (return authorization) number, which will be issued by logoplace.
- Retain all packing material and packing slip for shipper's verification.

Ordering
All merchandise currently available can be found in the Catalog section of this site. Special requests are welcome for logoed items not in the catalog. Minimum quantities may be required. There are many ways to order from the sharplogoplace Promotional Merchandise Program.
- Online
- If you plan to pay by using a purchasing card or credit card, you may perform the ordering transaction completely on this site. While browsing through the online catalog, add selected items to your shopping cart. You may check or modify your cart contents at any time. When you are ready to place your order, click checkout, follow the instructions and your order will be submitted. An order confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail.

- If you plan to order with a Sharp corporate purchase order, you will be required to place your order by fax or mail. A copy of the purchase order must be included with your order form.

Payment
The following methods of payment are accepted:
- Corporate Orders
- Payment on corporate orders are accepted under the following guidelines:
- Purchasing cards are to be used for all orders up to $3,000
- Purchasing card orders over $3,000 must have credit limit release authorized through Sharp Purchasing
- Purchase orders are accepted
- Personal Orders
- The following credit cards are accepted: (Visa, MasterCard and American Express), please be sure to include your credit card expiration date on the order form. In addition, checks may accompany orders sent in via mail. Please make checks payable to "Corporate Edge" Allow sufficient time for orders sent in via mail.
- Pricing
- Prices supercede all previous price lists. All prices shown are "per item" unless otherwise specified and are subject to change without notice.
Custom Imprints
- Copy
- Custom copy may be added to certain items (see Search by Price for a listing). Additional charges and production time will apply. See detailed information on the individual item detail catalog page. Please contact Customer Service for custom orders not listed.
- on Apparel
- Custom copy may be added to any apparel item. Contact Customer Service for information.
- Art and Logos
- Addition of logos or artwork will require consultation with a Logoplace Representative.
Shipping
Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. We realize that speed of delivery is very important. Every effort will be made to accommodate requests for express orders of items in stock. Indicate date needed when submitting order form to determine best shipping method. For next day orders, please contact Customer Service at 800-337-6223. Additional shipping charges will apply, and rush charges may apply.
- Shipping of Inventory Items
- Stock items will be shipped within two to three business days from New Jersey via UPS Ground. If out of stock situations of inventoried merchandise occur they will be marked on the packing slip. Back-ordered items will be automatically shipped when stock is replenished.
- Shipping of Custom Items
- All custom orders will be processed and shipped direct from the manufacturer within four to six weeks from receipt of order. A 5% over or underrun will be considered complete.

- The standard shipping method is FedEx Ground.

While browsing through the online catalog, add selected items to your shopping cart. You may check or modify your cart contents at any time. When you are ready to place your order, click checkout, follow the instructions and your order will be submitted.

- Payment
- All orders will require a credit card for payment. The dollar exchange will be established by the credit card company used at the time of the transaction. All shipping charges along with import duty and taxes will be billed freight collect to the shipper number supplied.
- A $3.50 handling charge will be added to your order for each carton shipped. Visa, Master Card and American Express are accepted. Please be sure to include your credit card expiration date. Special Recognition will send an invoice/acknowledgement to you after the shipment has been made.

- How long will my order take?
- The transit time will be defined by the delivery city name, country or zip/postal code and carrier selected.
- What carrier should I use?
- Our standard carriers for international shipping are Federal Express and United Parcel Service. DHL is also available upon special request. You will be required to select the carrier and ship method you would like to use during the checkout process.
- Are there any restrictions?
- US and international guidelines will be used in the shipment of all products. Please investigate import restrictions for your home country prior to ordering.
- Certain commodities and high value shipments may require additional transit time for customs clearance. Service to some remote areas may require additional delivery days.

Logo Guidelines
You can order the current apparel items in inventory and simply select the location of the logo you would like and your order will be produced. Please allow for production time. Minimum quantities will also apply. Call logoplace for details.
- Adding Dealer Logo
- If you are adding a dealer logo, black and white camera ready art will be required.
